Utterly love this. It's brilliant and talks about a subject that isn't spoken about as much as it should be.

played this while being home alone...-

Che, ayuda, ya lo jugue tres veces y solo encontre un final, como consigo el otro?

Hola, estoy usando un traductor aquí. Tienes que seleccionar las opciones en el siguiente orden: "eyebrows", "eyes", "nose", "lips"

Thank u so much!

This is actually really creepy, the face looking at me made me anxious, and the second ending was really sweet :D

I have to say, I love how, even with the limited visuals and words, you were able to convey the sense of derealization even with MC feeling their own face melting and pooling due to their anxieties and insecurities. I also like how the face is directed towards MC's lover as if he would also be someone that would become another feature of a face that MC will remember either because he left, abandoned, or disappeared from MC's life.

I like how you can still feel the helpless and detachment in MC as they navigate through the different faces of people that struck a chord in them (whether it was for just a brief moment) and how, I kinda wish it was a bit longer so that we could read just how much one person can affect MC and their boiling pot of feelings. It was an amazing VN and while it didn't make me uneasy, it did make me feel sad and thoughtful.

I just got the two possible endings and they both left me with a feeling of slight uneasiness. It was absolutely breathtaking!! There’s a lot to analize, and I love that! /gen

this fucked me up a little, especially because my partner calls me sunshine

genuinely scared the shit out of me

Pretty cool psychological horror visual novel, great story about overthinking before sleep,i got two endings, bad one and good one, good one was very hopeful,5\5

This was an interesting take on mental health and psychological horror in a way, and it was done well! Wished it were a bit longer so it could be more drawn out and had a slower and stronger impact, but it still had a great impact on what the topic and emotions and feelings were about. (Also just saw that there are two endings, did not know there was a correct order!) The simple style really emphasised the story and emotions well! You did a good job on this and I wish you luck for future projects!

Thank you so much for playing, I loved the video!!

Yea, maybe it would've worked better as a longer game, but I had to work under the limitations of the game jam.

Loved it!

Amazing artwork and visuals! This was a really cool game and the face distortion was a unique take on the one sprite rule :]

(+1)

The best use of a single asset background Image and soundtrack I have seen in the Jam so far, really unsettling, but also; The feeling you get from experiencing the main characters thoughts in this pseudo-sleep state makes for a relatable story for those that struggle with, well, themselves.

PS (I got the other ending after recording!)

Keep up the good work!

Glad you got the second ending, too! Hopefully it added more context to this mess of a story.

The use of the sprite in this is very original!
And the music really sets the tone...
Very good game!

The tension and spookiness ACK... I love it. And facelessness is such a strong theme that really resonates so deep, I find myself thinking about it after having finished it. Fantastic job! :) <3

(+1)

Oh damn. Really spooky, and a very clever use of the O2A2 restriction. Good atmosphere and the melting-face motif feels very effective.

(+4)

is this about face amnesia that the person is experiencing of his family? it sounds like he doesnt have any connection to them any longer so when he tries to remember their faces it just combines into an amalgam

(+2)

I guess you could say that. It used to be about face amnesia, actually, that's how I've came up with the concept. But after a rewrite of the script, the whole face warping thing became a metaphor for something else.

Thank you for playing and sharing your thoughts on the game! I love seeing what people take away from my game. Your thoughts on it are just as valid as mine!!

(+1)

I really love the atmosphere and tension you managed to create with the visuals, music & writing!!! This was a really creative way of working within the restrictions given by O2A2 :)
As someone who has suffered from de-realization & psychosis this story was very familiar to me, I really liked the visual representation of the distorted face morphing into different things as the story progressed.

I played to get both endings and really enjoyed them both! The one for the "right" order was very sweet <3

Thank you so much for playing and for the kind words, I'm glad you enjoyed it and you were able to find yourself in it. I hope you found it comforting, even just a little bit.

Remember: you are loved!!

Great game! I loved the art style, the distorted face really creates a creepy atmosphere. I think I may have found our sister and mothers face even more unsettling, how they were just staring into our soul.

I loved the atmosphere sm the second ending was very sweet :')

THIS IS MAMZIUAN AAGGGG i mean amazing:>
that eerie soundtrack and the face staring at you makes the atmosphere super creepy omg so cololl cool:O
(why didnt it appear on my feed? must be a bug...)

Yeah, my posts or ratings don't show up on feed anymore for some reason. I've been trying to look into that to see why.

Update: I've had my "make my activity visible" option turned off for some reason. I probably turned it off and forgot about it.

Yes, it worked, now your game is in my feed:3
